PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training utilizes exercise prescription and instruction to help clients improve their fitness and overall health.  Personal trainers motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability.  Fitness assessments are used to measure the client's strengths and weaknesses and to determine the proper course of training necessary.  Trainers educate their clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.

At FHTH, all personal training is done in our private gym facility so that you can receive personal attention, and to alleviate the awkwardness and insecurity that can arise from learning and training in a public setting.

Personal training is available to all of our patients.  Members receive personal training and access to our workout facility at no extra charge.
